1. General Provisions

• 1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") establishes the procedure for processing, storing, using, and disclosing personal data provided by individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Subject") in connection with the activities of "BIOSENSE" Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" and other regulatory legal acts of Ukraine.
• 1.2. The Company processes personal data exclusively within the scope and for the purpose of performing its statutory activities, specifically for trading medical equipment, repair and maintenance of electronic and optical equipment, as well as other economic activities provided for by the Company's Charter.
• 1.3. The provision of information by a Visitor on the Website confirms their acquaintance with the content of this Privacy Policy.
  • The processing of the Visitor's personal data by the Company is carried out in accordance with this Policy on the grounds and for the purposes determined by the legislation of Ukraine, in particular for the purpose of concluding and executing agreements to which the Visitor is a party, as well as fulfilling the legal obligations imposed on the Company.
  • Processing of personal data for marketing purposes, analytics, the use of non-essential cookies, and other purposes not necessary for the functioning of the Website or the performance of a contract is carried out exclusively with the separate consent of the Visitor, provided through active actions provided by the Website's functionality, with the possibility of withdrawing such consent at any time.
• 1.4. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the terms of use of the Website concluded between the visitor (hereinafter "User") and the Company regarding the use of the website: https://www.biosense.net.ua/ua/ (hereinafter "Website").
• 1.5. When any individual visits the Website, the Company receives certain information about them. This Policy applies when an individual:

  • registers on the Company's website for the purpose of purchasing medical equipment;
  • orders equipment, makes payments, handles delivery or returns through the website;
  • receives repair and maintenance services for the purchased equipment;
  • contacts the Company with requests, complaints, statements, or other appeals via feedback forms, email, telephone, etc.;
  • provides personal data during the conclusion, performance, or termination of contractual relations with the Company;

  • Information and personal data are collected, processed, and used in strict accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

• Processing is carried out with or without automation tools.
• The storage period is determined by the processing purpose, the duration of consent, or periods established by Ukrainian law, contracts, and warranty obligations.
• Data processed for accounting/tax purposes is stored for the terms stipulated by relevant regulations.
• Data is deleted or anonymized upon termination of legal grounds for processing.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

Data subjects hold all rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data". These include the right to:

• Know the sources and purposes of data collection.
• Access their data and receive copies.
• Object to processing or request correction/deletion of inaccurate data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• File complaints with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.

7. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Company may transfer data to hosting providers, IT partners, CRM systems, postal/logistics services (for delivery), service partners (for repairs), and payment operators. Only the data necessary for the specific function (e.g., name and address for delivery) is transferred.

8. Protection of Personal Data

The Company takes necessary technical and organizational measures for protection. However, no method of Internet transmission is 100% secure. You acknowledge the risks associated with data loss or third-party access through the Internet.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Policy may be amended unilaterally. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website.
